Our Dive Center



Dive Center.
Our equipment center houses all of our compressors, tanks, dive gear, and fill stations.

The Walls of Islamorada...
When you dive the walls, you never know what will be passing through. Sometimes alone, sometimes in Schools, it's not uncommon to see Manta Rays, Eagle Rays, Hammerheads, and over 500 other species of fish indigenous to our area!

When training at Rainbow Reef Instructor Development Center, you are actually on site of the Rainbow Reef Dive Center and Resort.

In business since 1991, the Dive Center grew modestly in size and reputation until late 2001 when the newest owners took over.

The new owners have channeled their passion for diving into making the Dive Center the kind of place they themselves would want to use on a vacation diving trip.

Our Key Largo Dive Center is located right on the Atlantic Ocean. Just a short boat ride out to all the beautiful Coral Reefs

Since taking over the shop, Rainbow Reef has expanded the Dive Fleet to 4 vessels, purchased new rental equipment, installed a new air station, put a new compressors online, added a Nitrox fill stations, re-powered the dive boats and of course started the Instructor Development Center.

There are lots of other plans underway for future expansion but we will keep you posted.

Rainbow Reef Dive Center has achieved PADI's highest award, PADI Career Development Center (CDC).

Tropical Location = Tropical Fish.
The Dive Center runs multiple boats and takes trips out to the Reefs, Walls and Wrecks 7 days a week..
