Imagine the convenience of not having to pack up gear and travel to alternate locations to get your confined and open water training skills completed.

When it comes down to signing up for your courses, it is important to understand how the pricing for the classes breaks down.

We've put this section together to help you better understand the components of the pricing, and to note that some of them are not charged by Rainbow Reef. They come directly from PADI as part of their fees and exams, and are part of the costs involved in becoming an Instructor regardless of where you decide to take your courses. The PADI Fees will be the same no matter which IDC center you choose or where it is located.

Application Fees:

All application fees that may be part of some of the classes are actually fees that PADI charges for that certification. Rainbow Reef Instructor Development Center does not collect these fees from students. We provide the listing of the fees so that you will know what PADI expects you to pay them for membership for that certification level. The listing is for your convenience. Books and Materials:

The Books and Materials required for classes are in most cases charged separately from tuition. In any of the pricing, it will be noted if the Books or Materials are included, and if not, there will be a separate listing for them. For your convenience we have a complete list of just the Books and Materials located by clicking here.

Housing:

Housing is a component of the overall price you will need to consider. We have arranged economical On-Site and Off-site housing for all students to take advantage of. Both individual and Double Occupancy housing is available. For a list of housing options and pricing, please click here.

Finance Options:

At Rainbow Reef Instructor Development Center, we strive to make the pricing on the classes as competitive and economical as possible. With that in mind it, becoming an Instructor costs a little more than going out to dinner. For those who need it, we've put together some finance options that may want to consider. Course Tuition:

This is the portion of the course that is paid to Rainbow Reef Instructor Development Center for teaching you the course. In some cases, if books and Materials are included in the Tuition, it will be stated, otherwise it will be denoted as component in the price listing.
