Rainbow Reef Internship Program
The Rainbow Reef Internship program is a unique opportunity to join a program that can train you for a future in the Scuba Diving industry.
Why is it unique? Because: you don't need to spend thousands and thousands of dollars on your training. Many Internship programs only train you up to DiveMaster and
also ask you for several thousand dollars to participate. Our program trains you up to the 2nd level of PADI Instructor (Master Scuba Diver Trainer) and other than your food, books and
PADI fees, our program is FREE. Our philosophy is simple: If you were paying us, you would be a CUSTOMER, if we were paying you, you would be an EMPLOYEE, so since neither is happening, it is a TRUE INTERNSHIP. We have always wondered how all the rest of the programs out there can call it an Internship when they charge
for it?! When you enter our program, we'll train you from whatever your certification level is now, up through PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer. Not only do you get your PADI certifications, we'll train
you in areas such as Dive Center Operations, equipment maintenance and repair, Dive Boat Operations, Tank Visual Inspection, Air Fills, Compressor Operation, and Nitrox blending just
to name a few. It doesn't stop there, you'll even be able to log enough dives on our dive trips out to the beautiful reefs and wrecks of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary to
meet all of the logged dive requirements of the various certification levels. It all adds up the the real world training experience you need to become a great Instructor and get a great
basis for your future in the Scuba Diving Industry!
How does it work?!
The program is designed to last approximately 6 months. Sometimes it's little longer depending on the season and when you get started. You'll be working and training at a real world multi-location
dive center in the Tropical Florida Keys.
